Step 1: Learn about the Military
You've seen movies, you've heard rumors, you've gone to the parades...
but what really IS the military? Where do they go? What does it do?
Find out the military basics here, including:

Step 2: Meet the recruiter
You've done some research and are interested in finding out more - a lot more. Now it's time to talk with recruiters! Though it can be nerve-racking, just remember that you are under NO OBLIGATION when talking with a recruiter. He/she cannot force you to do anything: all of the power is in YOUR hands. Step 3: Complete the process
The Military Entrance Processing Station, better known as MEPS. It strikes fear into some, but it really shouldn't - all you need to know is right here. Before you can join, the military has to make sure you are healthy enough and smart enough to, so they send you to MEPS. Read about:

Step 4: Decide if you're ready
